Terms of Service
Last updated: 28 August 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ionex platform and website (the "Service"), operated by Aurora SS Group ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You must not be barred from using the Service under any applicable law, sanctions, or export-control regime. The Service is intended for your own personal, lawful use, and you may hold only one account unless we expressly permit otherwise. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it up to date. We do not verify age at sign-up; by using the Service you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
2. The Service
Ionex is a rewards-redemption platform. You hold an internal, non-cash balance ("Balance") that can be increased only through a sign-up bonus, promo or redemption codes (issued in the app or by partner applications of the Ionika project), or an adjustment we make. Balance is spent to obtain digital gift cards from our catalog. Gift cards are sourced through third-party gift-card providers and are subject to the issuing brand's own terms.
Ionex is a rewards program, not a lottery, raffle, wager, or gambling service: Balance is granted or earned, never staked or wagered, and rewards take the form of digital gift cards awarded on the terms published. Rewards, gift cards, and any promotion are void where prohibited or restricted by law and are subject to eligibility in your jurisdiction; we may limit or refuse participation on that basis. A specific promotion may carry additional rules, which prevail over these Terms to the extent of any conflict, and we may change, suspend, or end a promotion at any time. You are solely responsible for any taxes arising from rewards or gift cards you receive, and we may report, or withhold amounts from, rewards where required by applicable law.
3. No monetary value; no payments or payouts
Balance, promo codes, and redemption codes are a promotional convenience only. They are not money, not electronic money, not a stored-value or payment instrument, and have no cash value. They are non-transferable, cannot be sold or exchanged between users, and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Service currently does not accept deposits, card payments, or any monetary payment from you, and does not process cash withdrawals, payouts, or peer-to-peer transfers. Balance can be used only against the published gift-card catalog. If we introduce paid purchases in the future, they will be handled by third-party payment providers, we will not store your full card details, and the payment and refund terms presented at checkout will apply; Balance itself will remain a non-cash promotional convenience with no monetary value.
4. Your account
You must verify your email address before using the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at the contact below if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require you to re-authenticate before sensitive actions and may refuse, suspend, or reclaim an account or username at our discretion where required to protect the Service.
5. Promo and redemption codes
- Codes are issued to a specific account or external user identifier and are personal to it.
- A code is single-use and is consumed at the moment value is credited or a gift card is issued against it; it cannot be reused.
- Codes expire (typically 90 days from issuance) and are void after expiry.
- We may decline, withhold, void, or reverse a code or credit where we reasonably suspect fraud, error, abuse, or a breach of these Terms, or where a code was issued in error.
6. Gift cards and delivery
Gift cards are digital goods delivered to your account after a successful redemption. Brands, denominations, regional availability, and redemption rates are shown in the catalog before you commit Balance and may change or become unavailable at any time without notice. Once a gift-card code has been issued or revealed to you, it is considered delivered. Gift cards are governed by the issuing brand's own terms and expiry rules, which are outside our control.
7. Refunds
All redemptions and gift-card orders are final. Because gift-card codes are digital goods delivered instantly, we do not provide refunds once a code has been issued or revealed, and Balance has no cash value and is never refunded as money. As a courtesy, we review each case individually and may, at our sole discretion, provide a remedy — for example where a code is proven invalid at the moment of issuance, or where a refund is required by mandatory consumer law that cannot be excluded. A remedy in one case does not create any obligation in another. For any paid purchase of digital content we may offer in the future, consumers in the EU, EEA, and UK have a statutory right of withdrawal that is lost once delivery begins with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose that right; we will obtain that consent and acknowledgement at checkout, after which the digital code is non-refundable. The refund terms presented at checkout and any mandatory statutory rights that cannot be waived will apply.
8. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct
You agree not to, and not to attempt to or assist anyone to:
- use the Service for any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purpose, or obtain Balance, codes, or gift cards through fraud, deception, error, or a system fault;
- exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended behaviour, or retain value obtained from them;
- create multiple, fake, or automated accounts, or use another person's identity or credentials, to abuse bonuses, codes, or limits;
- use bots, scripts, scrapers, or any automated means to access, purchase from, or interact with the Service;
- probe, scan, circumvent, or attempt to defeat any security, authentication, rate-limiting, captcha, or access control;
- gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data;
- reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or create derivative works of the Service or its software, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
- spam, flood, or abuse support, other users, or any part of the Service, or transmit malware or malicious code;
- overload, disrupt, degrade, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure, or attempt to damage or break it in any way;
- resell, commercialise, or redistribute gift cards in violation of the issuing brand's terms;
- infringe our or any third party's intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights, or use the Service in a way that violates any applicable law or sanctions.
9. Monitoring, suspension, blocking, and termination
We may suspend, restrict, block, or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, immediately and without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably suspect spam, abuse, fraud, deception, security attacks, or any attempt to harm, break, exploit, or interfere with the Service or other users. In such cases we may also void or reverse any Balance, pending redemptions, and orders connected with the conduct, and we may retain related records for security and legal purposes. We may report unlawful activity to the competent authorities and cooperate with them. You may close your account at any time by contacting us; closing your account does not entitle you to any monetary payment or to the value of any Balance, which has no cash value.
10. Fraud prevention and security
To protect the Service and its users, we monitor usage and apply automated anti-abuse controls, including rate limits, temporary lockouts, and captcha, and we log technical data including IP addresses. How we handle this data is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, design, and the Ionex and Ionika names and logos are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own lawful, personal use in accordance with these Terms. All third-party brand names and marks in the catalog belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify their products.
12. Third-party services
Gift-card brands, gift-card providers, and partner applications operate under their own terms and privacy practices, for which we are not responsible. Any links or references to third parties are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement.
13. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any code, gift card, brand, denomination, rate, or Balance will be available or accurate. To the extent a warranty cannot be excluded under applicable law, it is limited to the minimum permitted.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, officers, and staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or Balance, however caused. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you actually paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, and (b) one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aurora SS Group and its affiliates and staff from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, any content you submit (including support messages), your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
16. Changes to the Service
We are continually improving the Service and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it, including features, the catalog, rates, or bonuses, at any time and without liability to you.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Material changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Service after they take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts of Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-law provisions of your country of residence, whose courts may also have jurisdiction where such law requires.
19. General
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor. We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. Notices to us should be sent to the contact below.
